I thought this summed up things pretty well. Eating allergen free isn't usually a choice for most people (except for the self sacrificing family members!) so finding food that is good, and beautiful is all about what this sign is talking about. We're not waiting for the "storm" to pass (to get real food again), we're learning how to dance in the rain (so to speak) and find beautiful, yummy food using ingredients that are free from the ingredients we have to avoid. :)
